I would just like to share with you that on October 4 Each Year it is a very special “Fall” day.
It is the weekend which marks the yearly celebration of ‘The Feast Of Saint Francis’ , Patron Saint Of All Animals, and what many consider to be the first true Earth Day, since Saint Francis was truly grateful for and gave thanks for every one of the Earth’s Elements.
I will leave you with this~
” Not to hurt our humble brethren is our first duty to them, but to stop there is not enough. We have a higher mission~ to be of ‘service’ to them wherever they require it.”
This is what Saint Francis Of Assisi, Patron Saint Of All Animals said and this is what I strongly believe; that we humans should practice towards our animal friends on a daily basis exactly what he said.
This October 4th many of you around this little planet we call ‘Earth‘, will take your animal friends both pets and wild alike, to your local spiritual centers to be blessed. Thank you.
Just a reminder to cherish them this and every day for they are our truest, most loyal and devoted friends and they are here as Divine gifts to guide us and to teach us so many valuable lessons. Please open your hearts and ‘listen’ to them and help them every chance you get. They are the true essence of LOVE; ‘PURE LOVE’.
Do your best to ‘step up’ and help not just our pet animals, but our wild creatures as well, for many of them are not long for freedom and long life on this planet if we humans continue to allow greed, fear, ego, and ignorance to continue to destroy them; as is the case of one of my favorite and beloved creatures; The Wild Mustang Horse.
Yes, this is my website about being a Dog Nanny and Trainer, but dogs and horses do go hand in hand, so this will be one of my upcoming stories here on ‘Kellis’ Korner’, because there is alot happening out there with the Wild Mustang Horses, and you all deserve to know their stories as well.
Remember, we are ALL connected as ONE; humans, animals, plants ~ and we as humans must learn how to coexist peacefully and harmoniously with the plants and animals. After all, they were here first.
